Learn About Us!
UThrift is a free thrift swap that promotes conscious consumerism and slow fashion!
We accept lightly used clothes, shoes, books, and anything else in good condition! At anytime receive one free item without even donating. With a donation receive one bonus item for every donation (for example donate 5 things then you can pick up 6).
The purpose of UThrift is to promote sustainable practices and redistribute existing goods in both the Miami and University of Miami communities. UThrift provides a free thrifting platform that aims to mitigate both the environmental and social effects of the fast-fashion industry.
UThrift donates its excess inventory to local charities and hosts unique engagements with philanthropic organizations on and off campus.

UThrift Policies
For free, donation-based shopping
Everytime you come to the stand, you can have 1 FREE item. After your one free, its a one-for-one swap. For example, if you bring 3 donations, we will give you 4 items.Â
We will log your donations so you can keep your donation credits throughout the school year.
We accept all donations of clothes, shoes, school supplies, and small items in good conditions. We do NOT accept undergarments, towels, blankets, socks, or items too large for one person to carry.

The Second-Hand Impact
UThrift's accomplishments
UThrift strives to create a sustainable shop for the UM community and provide access to free goods for all who shop with us. We are also committed to serving the community by maintaining a philanthropic mission and partnering with local non-profits when possible.
